Grassfed Beef
Thank you for your interest in our 100% grassfed Belted Galloway beef. Our cows and steers are born and raised on our 7th generation family farm with no growth hormones and no antibiotics like the beef you may buying in the store. Our beef is also 100% grassfed with a diet of pasture and hay all grown on our farm. While raising our animals on a 100% grassfed diet certainly is not the fastest way to get our beef to market, we believe strongly in the quality of the meat as well as the health benefits to our animals and our customers. This is the meat we feed our family and we would be honored it you would consider it for your family as well.
Our grassfed Belted Galloway beef is currently priced at $4 per lb hanging weight plus the butcher fees payable when you pick up your meat. The price is based upon the hanging weight of the steer and will include everything from hamburg to premium steaks and roasts. Please click the button below for an explanation regarding hanging weight and the amount of meat that you will actually receive.
A $100 deposit is required for all orders which is payable via check/cash/credit card. Prior to picking up your meat we will advise you of the hanging weight of the steer and payment will be required at $4 per lb based upon the hanging weight. The butcher fee will be payable to the butcher upon pickup, these fees will vary depending on how you want your meat processed and packaged. The butcher will call you to go over all of this and I'm confident they will answer any questions that you may have. You are always more than welcome to call us at (716)480-4863 if any questions as well. We are using Krammel Meat Market in Wyoming for the processing of our steers. We're confident in the customer service, quality and most importantly the care our animals will receive at their facility. They can be reached at (585)689-5376 and are located at 6531 Cowie Rd in Wyoming just outside of Warsaw. We are also aware that Krammel's may be a little far out of the way for some of our customers. Not to worry, we are more than happy to coordinate with other customers to assist in getting the meat dropped off or delivered to you, don't hesitate to ask.

We are also well aware that you have other choices whether it be another farmer raising grassfed and finished cattle or another farmer raising cattle finished on grain.
