Grassfed Beef
Our cows and steers are born and raised on our 7th generation family farm with no growth hormones and no antibiotics like the beef you may be buying in the store. Our beef is also 100% grassfed with a diet of pasture and hay all grown on our farm. While raising our animals on a 100% grassfed diet may not be the fastest way to get our beef to market, we believe strongly in the quality of the meat, as well as the health benefits to our animals and our customers. This is the meat we feed our family and we would be honored if you would consider it for your family as well.
Our Story
We are a 7th generation family run farm that has been farming on Pit Road in Java Center, NY since the 1860's. While the small farm is becoming a thing of the past, we pride ourselves in being a small family farm where we are personally involved in every aspect of our farm and the care of our animals. Whether you are buying grassfed beef, hay or any other of our great products, you can trust that it has all been raised with care and pride.
